Testimony from a deposition by the legal team representing Eric Greitens of a woman caught in a scandal with the Missouri governor was read aloud by state lawmakers on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Details of the testimony are of a very graphic and sexual nature and come out of allegations that Greitens committed sexual violence against the woman with whom he was having an affair. According to local reports, the woman described the governor holding her in a bear hug to prevent her from leaving his basement after he took a picture of her partially nude without her consent.

Also according to local news outlets, she testified that he then forced her to perform oral sex on him. This allegation was originally made public in a Missouri House of Representatives report last month.

In the shocking portrayal of the testimony, lawmakers took turns speaking in the voices of the woman and the lawyers questioning her in the deposition.

The deposition reveals Greitens attorney Scott Rosenblum seemingly attempting to undermine the woman’s testimony by asking questions about oral sex technique and negative questions about her consent for sex.

You didn’t say, ‘No, you’re not doing it?’ ” Rosenblum asked.

“I didn’t say anything,” she responded, according to the Kansas City Star.

Testimony was shared with Missouri lawmakers by St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner.
